Pu-Euh tea is made by steaming and fermenting freshly cut tea leaves.  Arahataen uses the highest technology equipment for all the steps in the process. The Clean Room is built and dedicated only for processing Saryu Soso product. The clean room shuts out bacteria and mold from coming inside. Fermentation process takes 80 hours of extreme care and dedication in the High Technology Clean Room.  Taste, Color and Aroma are toughly tested for ensuring highest quality.
